Key objectives
Developing and implementing credit risk management (CRM) processes, policies, and procedures for consumer finance products in China


Duties and responsibilities
1.Develop, review and update the processes & procedures manuals for underwriting and anti-fraud
2.Assist in developing and implementing appropriate credit initiation and processing systems
3.Ensure operational efficiency, adequate risk control, high service standard, good credit quality and compliance with the company's credit policies and guidelines
4.Active cooperation with PPF's headquarters (Central Risk Management)
5.Develop, review and implement effective fraud prevention measures in the underwriting process,
6.Deal with internal and external parties for business acquisition and credit risk control initiatives
7.Develop, review and improve the monitoring procedures on the service quality of vendors, including market & credit data providers in relation to loan underwriting.
8.Portfolio monitoring, analyzing and reporting
9.Development of risk methodology and training materials
10.Provide on-going improvements in underwriting standards and practices and feedback for improvement in credit strategy formulation
11.Provide training on underwriting practices & skills
12.Training of other risk staff and all other employees who need to know credit risk processes and activities


Requirements
A. Education
1. University graduate, preferably with major in Business Administration, Economic, Finance or Information Science
B. Experience and Skills
1.CPA certificate or lawyer certification is a must, preferably with relevant experience in economy, finance, law, technology, etc.,
2.Knowledge of underwriting and process management in international financial group and collection processes are big advantage.
3."Western experience' is an advantage.
4.Excellent knowledge and practical experience in the process and procedures of underwriting and anti-fraud
5.Skillful in designing, tracking and reviewing the credit quality and operational efficiency in underwriting process and fraud prevention
6.Minimum 5 years experience in retail underwriting and financing guarantee or finance.
7.Highly sensitive to risk & reward dynamics
8.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
9.Good analytical thinking and project management
10.Open-minded, persistent and trust-worthy
C. English requirement: Native Chinese, fluent in English (oral and written)
