Accountabilities 职责
1.Set portfolio strategy for integration area
2.Define and develop the brand/ trade plan for local brands
3.Develop new products for local brands
4.Set as the liaison between integration marketing team with HQ
5.Develop the co-brand strategies for integration area to convert local brands to Harbin
6.Ensure the execution quality and do the post tracking analysis
7.Liaise with sales team to ensure top quality program being developed to drive sales and our priorities
8.Cooperate with other functions of Marketing team, to ensure work within budget and align with Brand media plan
Qualifications and Technical competencies required 资历和专业能力要求
Education 教育
Bachelor degree in Business related is preferred
Experience 经验
At least 3-5 years working experience.
With sales/ PPM or marketing experience will be a plus.
Technical competencies 专业能力:
Good English communication and written skills
Good personal skills
Team worker
Experienced in Brand management, know the marketing tools to monitor a brand
Positive and aggressive, willing to take challenges
Open minded
Mobile and willing to travel a lot
