Responsibilities:
1.Coordinate and organize the employees to work effectively; push supporting depts for equipment/documents, follow up production schedule based on daily production plans。有效组织和安排员工开展生产，推动生产配合部门做好设备/文件方面的准备，根据日生产计划跟进生产进度。
2.Manage and organize to do maintenance of the machines, equipments, jigs, and so on。组织安排好机器设备，夹治具的点检维护工作。
3.Carry out production plan as schedule and make the scrap under control。按照排产计划安排生产，控制生产报废率。
4.Analyze scrap and take effective action to get cost reduction and savings。分析报废原因并采取措施，从而降低成本和节省费用。
5.Coordinate with other supporting departments to make sure production line run smoothly。统筹与配合部门的沟通，确保生产顺畅。
6.Train and drive employees to improve the workmanship and productivity。培训和推动下属提高操作技能和生产效率。
7."6S" improvement and set up lean culture. 现场6S改进和精益生产文化的建立.


Requirements:
1.College graduation or above. 大专毕业或以上。
2.At least 5 years of working experiences. Minimum 2 years in production line management. 5年以上工作经验，至少2年生产线管理经验。
3.With quality background is preferred.有品质工作背景者优先。
4.Be good at Microsoft Office software. 熟练操作办公软件。
5.Good communication skills. 很强的沟通能力。
6.Good English application skills and fluent mandarin英文熟练/普通话流利。
7.Be able to work under pressure.能在压力下工作。
8.Aggressive; 有闯劲；
9.Open-minded; 虚心/思想开朗；
10.Self-trust and work initiatively. 自信，工作主动。
