Responsibilities:
1. Lead and supervise all supplier quality engineering and IQC team of magnetic.
2. Drive and work with Supplier for the quality corrective action and improved.
3. Supplier PPAP review and work with supplier to set up the PPAP capability.
4. New supplier /Exist supplier regular audit & qualification, quality improvement.
5. CER support and evaluation for NPI project.
6. Regular supplier PPM and rating report , Action plan
7. Sub-supplier /contractor quality management and reporting.
8. Maintain IQC function for incoming check, MRB , re-check and make to stock and skip program
9. Raw material drawing review and approval , transfer to internal IQC SOP.
10. Supplier SCAR and close review, Supplier charge back support and communication.
11. Maintain the division and local SQM procedure related and also updated to be practical and applicable

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above ,7 plus years experience in supplier quality management , 2 years in management or Senior engineer level..
2. Familiar with quality tools of SCAR , SPC , MVP , PPAP, APQP , MSA etc tools
3. Good English and mandarin communication skills with both internal team and external team /parties.
4. Experience with power magnetic product component supplier is a plus /preferred.
5. Experience of working with supplier or located in supplier site for the CA and improvement.
6. Familiar with General IPC , UL , CCC etc internal standard and requirement with magnetic component is plused.
7. Team work and pro-active attitude.
