A European owned company and is operating for 50 years now on a worldwide basis, as a supplier of material handling and palletising systems, providing project specific logistic solutions to our customers as well as more standardized end of line palletisers, especially for FMCG industry.
Job Requirements:
1. Good command of the English language; skills in any other languages is a plus
2. Technical and/or commercial education
3. Proven sales experience in Capital Goods preferable machinery in food and drinks industry entrances and contacts in the FMCG sector are essentials
4. Creative, initiative and "pioneering mentality" and “self starting” skills excellent contacting and verbal qualifications to promote and advise first class products to market leading companies on all levels of our business contacts results driven, however pragmatic and cost effective approach by the means available.
5. Proven management skills, working in a structured and systematical way.
6. Ability to work independently as well as in a team, with an open minded and positive attitude also under hectic circumstances.
7. Flexibility to work within different cultures (Chinese, Rumanian and Dutch).
8. The will to travel, if required good reporting skills.
9. University or institute bachelor level of education when possible in sales and marketing or business administration.
Job Tasks:
1. For the strategic development of the principal you will collect and process relevant market information in a structured way.
2. Search for the potential customers within our market segment and create an opening for communication
3. To be the contact person for our customers together with another Collect customer information, specifications and commercial / technical information.
4. Generating leads.
5. Generate sales, supported by representatives of the mother company Support the mother company with the development of marketing tools for the Chinese market.
6. Operating in a cost effective way.
7. You will be responsible for the reporting of sales statistics, operational costs and sales progress to the head offices.
