Key Responsibilities:
1. 按照集团及管理层的要求，执行财务会计政策和管理程序以达成公司目标；
2. 确保根据政府法律、财政部颁布的企业会计准则，集团的财务准则及政策，准确并及时地提报相关报告；
3. 评估现金流需求并向管理层及集团推荐相应的解决方案，监控资产购买和维护，资产和存货清单提取流程，审查采购合同的支付条款并提出建议，监督财务和会计体系的运营及确保公司资产及档案的监管；
4. 确保月度、季度及年度的各项税务准确并及时地申报和存档及在企业所得税，个人所得税，增值税以及营业税等相关问题上提供建议；
5. 组织并编制财务预算；
6. 管理、培训及指导所辖的财务人员。
Job Requirements:
1. 本科或以上学历，主修会计或财务管理相关专业；
2. 具有注册会计师(CPA)资格；
3. 至少10年以上财务工作经验，其中5年以上管理职位经验，有外资或商贸企业相关工作经验者优先；
4. 熟悉现行企业会计制度及税务法规；
5. 熟悉使用会计软件（如用友）以及Ms Office（如Word、Excel、PowerPoint等）办公软件；
6. 英文读写良好。
