岗位职责:
任职资格:
(1) 协助营销服务部负责人完成营销服务部的行动计划,达成营销服务部各关键因素;
(2) 协助培训导师为各团队执行培训计划,协调营销服务部和公司各行政部门的关系;
(3) 跟进,监控业务主管的月度和年度关键因素;
(4) 主持,经营各类活动,如早会,小组会议,分享会,处会,各营销服务部的交流;
(5) 监控,督导,协助代理人的增员活动,活动率和生产力.
任职资格:
(1) 本科或以上学历,三至五年寿险销售管理经验;
(2) 较强的目标感,执行力及影响力;
(3) 较强的沟通协调和组织能力;
(4) 良好的自我激励能力,团队合作能力;
(5) 良好的推动能力和抗压能力;
*主任级别为至少五年相关经验,专员级别为至少三年相关经验.
