HR Manager

Job Purpose:
? Lead the HR-department
? Recruitment from new staff
? Development and implementation of HR objectives, policies and practices
? Ensuring the implementation and application of all HR systems and policies
? To manage overall compensation and benefit programs
? Prepare and deliver HR related training modules
? Coordination of salary payments
? All HR-related issues
? Target: Support all Managers that they get high qualified Employee to fair Salary to reach the targets.

Skills/Qualification:
? Several years of experience in HR-Management
? Teamwork
? Preferably experience in an international environment / organization
? Knowledge about ISO TS 16949
? Have knowledge of international standard
? Computer Skills about MS
? Sense of responsibility
? Preparedness
? Conflict resolution skills
? Accuracy about all Contract and Reports
? Good command of English
? Good command in Chinese
? Strong personality
? Communications talent
? Solid knowledge and experience in labor law, social-insurance and income tax issues in China
