职位描述
Educational Requirement:
Completion of a bachelors or master's degree at an accredited International college or university with relevant discipline in either accounting or finance.
Years of Experience:
6 years or more experience in either accounting or financial management. MBA preferred.
Language:
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese
Comprehensive English speaking and writing skills including critical thinking.
Requirements, Skills and Responsibilities:
Knowledge and experience in financial planning, budgeting and management.
Knowledge and experience with ERP software and Microsoft Office suite including Excel and Outlook.
Ability to create and evaluate financial statements and budget reports following established procedures.
Oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the organization including: revenue/expense, balance sheet reports, reports to government agencies, tax including VAT.
Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable working closely with US and Taiwan compatriots.
Experience working with Local and International Banks and ability to monitor, audit and oversee all domestic banking activities.
Knowledge and experience with China Taxation including VAT.
Comprehensive knowledge and experience with China Customs in regards to import and export.
Develop and maintain systems of internal controls to safeguard financial assets of the organization.
Knowledge and experience with China laws, regulations, and rules governing employment. This includes keeping abreast of changing employee tax and benefit rules.
Assist in performing all tasks necessary to achieve the organization's mission and help execute staff succession and growth plans; HR management- staff recruitment, evaluation and training.ng.
