工作职责：
1、负责完成射频产品的电气设计，完成试制件及试验件的相关工作，编写相应的文件；
2、参与技术分析，解决射频产品研发试验及中试出现的问题 ；
3、负责产品在试制，中试及生产过程的技术支持，协助处理产品批量生产中出现的质量问题 ；
4、负责将研制成功后的新产品电气文件，输出检测文件给工艺，审核工艺的生产文件，审核结构输出的设计文件；

职位要求：
1、本科以上学历，电磁场与微波、电子工程或通信工程等相关专业；
2、具有扎实微波与射频理论知识,并能够结合到具体产品设计；
3、三年以上射频滤波器产品或者其它微波无源器件开发经历；
4、 熟练应用ANSOFT HFSS或ADS软件进行滤波器/微波仿真优化设计；
5、熟练使用信号源、频谱仪、网络分析仪、信号发生器等常用射频测试仪器；
6、对微波产品的设计、工艺、试验、质量控制等各个环节都有着深刻的理解和认识，能够胜任不同形式的滤波器、双工器产品的研发工作；
7、具有较强调试能力，同时又具有各类高频无源器件开发能力；
