工作职责：
1、负责LNA、驻波告警电路的设计、开发和调试，确保技术规格达成；
2、负责输出有源电路的设计文档，完成有源电路的模块化设计和输出产品的设计文档；
3、负责新产品的硬件测试和环境试验等，根据市场反馈优化设计，提升产品性能；
4、负责硬件导入生产环节，具备批量生产能力，解决生产过程中遇到的问题；
5、跟踪新器件及新技术的规划和研究，了解技术发展趋势便于及时调整技术规划方向；

职位要求：
1、本科以上，电磁场、微波、工程、通讯工程、信息工程等相关通信专业重点大学毕业。
2、三年LNA、功放、直放站等设计、调试和批量产品转产工作经验。
3、从事有源产品相关控制电路设计、驻波告警电路设计工作。

4、熟悉单片机及接口工作原理，能自行编写控制软件。熟悉EMC、EMI设计和解决干扰问题。
5、熟练使用射频仿真、PCB板布板软件。
6、英语4级以上，具备良好的听说读写能力，能看懂客户的英文SPEC文档和器件DATASHEET文件。
7、主动性强，性格开朗，有团队协作精神。
