工作职责：
1、负责新产品的结构开发和参与技术方案的评审，确保结构设计符合技术参数要求和客户规格要求；
2、按照产品经理的分工和安排，完成射频产品的结构设计，完成试制件及试验件的相关工作，并绘制出相应加工图纸，编写相应的文件；
3、负责新产品的结构开发工作计划制定和实施，确保按时保质保量交付；
4、负责产线结构问题处理和重大质量事故分析；负责新产品样件加工过程中技术支持，监督、督促样件加工质量及周期，协助供应商解决加工中出的问题；
5、负责产品在试制，中试及生产过程的技术支持，协助处理产品批量生产中出现的质量问题，负责试制件外协，物料跟进及过程服务；
6、协助生产及工艺部门的工艺文件编制，工装夹具设计及应用；
7、负责新技术和新工艺 的研究和进展跟踪，新技术规划等事项；

职位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，机械制造及自动化等相关专业毕业；
2、熟悉塑胶、压铸、钣金冲压成型模具，熟悉各种材料的成型特性，熟悉各种材料的加工性能，熟悉各种喷涂.电镀和热处理工艺等；
3、熟练使用相关的专业软件PRO/E、ATUOCAD等；
4、掌握散热分析、EMC分析及可靠性分析等；
5、三年以上腔体滤波器、双工器、合路器等射频器件的结构开发经验；
