职责要求：
1、负责射频新产品工艺规划、工艺规范编制、产品可靠性验证、现场工艺管理和生产线工艺技术支持等；
2、负责拟定新产品生产工艺方案，从事工艺质量和检验文件的编写、评审和工艺验证工作；
3、负责射频产品的工艺调查和工艺改良，提升产品生产调试效率；
4、负责新产品的测试工装制定和生产现场工艺管理工作；
5、负责新产品的试制跟踪，同时对产品的可靠性进行鉴定；
6、搜集国内外新技术、新工艺、新材料、新装备的研究和使用情况等资料信息，学习和借鉴国内外的先进科学激活素，结合本公司的实际能力，进行吸收和引进；

职位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，微波、通信、电子工程等相关专业；
2、3年以上滤波器行业的工艺岗位的工作经验；
3、掌握射频产品的基础设计知识、了解机电、机械、材料和通信等相关知识；
4、熟练使用各种办公软件、具备一定的调试和生产装备加工能力；
