1.负责微波射频产品无源器件的设计与开发，主要侧重于微波天线、微波天线馈源、波导设计等无源器件方面。
2.利用传统的技术及设计经验完成项目需要的无源器件的设计要求。
3.为新兴技术提供传统器件的支持，充分利用现有的技术经验为新产品的开发提供整体设计方案。
4.对新兴技术开发过程中将会或已经遇到的问题能有提供整改方案及设计设计思路的能力。
5.对馈源、波导器件的电磁特性及机械性能都有较丰富的工作经验，能够独立完成器件的设计、指导加工、调试的整套研发工作 。

要求：大学本科电子通讯毕业，2年以上工作经验
