DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.
Client:
German manufacturing company in household electronics appliances, kitchenware, and personal electronic devices.
Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)
Starting date:
As soon as possible
Location:
Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China
Reporting to:
Project Dept. General Manager
Travelling:
Yes, when required according to business needs
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Development of small electrical appliances
+ Leading a team of 30 engineers
+ Used structured development processes
+ Working with FMEAs
Requirements:
+ Electronic, mechanical or electrical engineer, physics
+ More than 5 years experience in development position / leadership
+ Experience in development of small electrical appliances (best would be household appliances like coffee machines or hear care products)
+ Systematic development skills.
+ Knowledge and implementation skills on Lean/ 6 Sigma
+ Innovative and open for new challenges
+ Advanced communication & leadership skills
+ English proficiency is required, Mandarin & German language skills are preferred
