IT Manager China and South Korea – Location Anhui Province

Your tasks:
- Develop and maintain overall site IT Budget and site IT costs
- Supervisory responsibilities for the IT department and manage IT risk assessments
- Enforce company policies and procedures as a member of management for all employees
- Establish and maintain effective professional working relationships with co-workers and management
- Follow the goals of DSS global ICT and contribute to the continuity of computer services by providing necessary technical leadership and project coordination
- Forecast costs, equipment and personnel needs for projects and programs as required
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in technology and remain highly technically competent
- Enhanced user productivity and business efficiency through the implementation of new software technologies and processes complying with DSS ICT Governance.
- Prepare long and short range plans for application selection, systems development, and acquisition of the resources needed to support them
- Capture, monitor and analyze computer usage data, recommend and implement policies, software and hardware to provide maximum resource utilization in a cost effective manner
- Adhere to all departmental and company Health and Safety policies

Your profile:
- Bachelor/Master degree, preferably in computer science, electrical engineering
- Seven to ten years of progressive experience in Information Technology positions of increasing responsibility including ERP, (SAP highly preferred), local and wide area networks and desktop systems
- Good understanding of current applications and trends in Information technology
- Experience simplifying IT systems and infrastructure and delivering lower cost effective solutions for organization
- Ability to analyze information related to computer technology to assist in directing company management in the selection of software and hardware to meet the needs of the organization
- Ability to manage and deliver projects successfully
- Able to exercise strong judgment in analyzing, appraising, evaluating and solving problems of a difficult procedural, organizational, administrative or technical nature
- Work experience in an international business environment, preferably for European or American companies
- Fluent in Chinese and in English spoken and written
- Self motivated, systematic work, strong interpersonal skills
