Job Description:
In full compliance with FCI purchasing policy, the site purchasing engineer coordinates activities involved with procuring goods and services, such as raw material, components, equipments, tools, or general supplies.

Skills, experience & knowledge required:
1.More than 3 years purchasing working experience;
2.Must have manufacturing & sourcing / supply chain management background;
3.Must be familiar with sourcing practices.Especially MRO. Commercial and/or technical experience with regards to contract preparation, negotiation, technical capability assessment and development of strategic relationships;
4.Independent, self-motivator with a technical, commercial mind set;
5.Good interpersonal and communication skills;
6.Self-starter and teamwork is required;
7.Fluent in English.
