职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring that Bank is the provider of choice for clients and that all avenues for working with a client across different geographies and products are explored
2. Form and run Client Service Teams with product teams for key relationships to deliver creative solutions and providing follow up as required
3. Act as Global Relationship Manager to co-ordinate with other Bank colleagues overseas to ensure clients receive seamless worldwide banking services
4. To originate new transactions from both existing and new clients
5. To assist team leaders to form viable business strategies, implementation plans, as well as prompt work process adjustments from time to time to adapt to changes in the market/regulatory environments
6. To give instruction/coach to junior staff for efficient deal execution and his/her career development
7. Help build and maintain Bank’s profile in the local corporate and banking industry through active engagement in select professional organizations and government sponsored bodies
Requirements:
1. Education/Qualifications/Certifi,
2. Minimum 7 years of client service experience in banking industry paired with a strong sense of accountability and integrity;
3. With extensive exposure in China and an understanding of the business environment, regulatory regime and market trends;
4. Some international work experience is preferred;
5. Solid accounting, financial, and credit analysis skills;
6. Thorough knowledge of different bank products, particularly commercial/transaction banking products;
7. Fluent in Mandarin and English, both verbal and written;
8. Behavioural Skills: (e.g. communication skills)
9. Excellent communication skills in terms of the ability to present to seniors confidently and knowledgably;
10. Good team player who is willing to learn and work hard;
11. Motivated and results oriented;
12. Good public speaking and presentation skills are preferred.
