Our client is a serviced office center providing facilities such as completely equipped offices spaces, meeting rooms, conference service.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales and be identified by their peers as an outstanding Sales Manager. They will have led a dynamic sales team, and will be a highly motivated individual who will deliver ambitious results consistently with an excellent commercial sense. The ideal candidate will also be able to motivate others to work with them and have the capacity to influence and align several different stakeholders. She will also need to demonstrate a sharp mind, be comfortable with figures and extremely flexible with regards to changes of strategy that Servcorp may experience. The ideal candidate will be a trusted team player with a 'get it done now' attitude.
It is critical for this person to have a strong client service focus that is demonstrated by their own behaviour and is one where they are able to build and maintain across the group of Managers they will guide from a sales perspective.
The executive may have built their career in the Guangzhou industrial services sector, including facility management. They could also come from companies offering integrated software, hardware, services in IT, or telecommunications, together with retail property services, serviced office companies and hospitality companies, for example hotels and/or entertainment venues. What will be distinctive about this person is a passion for and strong focus on driving sales and the ability to create a sustainable culture around a strong sales discipline.
