Responsibilities:

1. Supervising a team which provides remote accounting services to support client site in assigned country;
2. Ensures the delivery of a high quality, customer focused service on a daily basis to the client in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements;
3. Responsible for leading, motivating and assigning work in a team;
4. Improving process and motivating staff to do the same.


Requirement:
· University graduated or above, major in Finance/Accounting;
· At least 7 years of relevant experience, practical experience in leading a team, preferably in Foreign Company, MNC;
· be familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.);
· Strong communication skill and be able to work under pressure;
· Harmony interpersonal skills and proactive.
· Good communication skills and problem solver;
· Be responsible and can work under pressure;
· Be on a business trip frequently;
