职位描述
Responsibilities:
? To manage the sales team to drive for business expansion, achieving sales and profit targets
? To work closely with marketing team, to identify market opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to boost sales, gain market shares across China and maximize revenues from different channels
? Maintain sales growth performance through expanding business volume and developing new customer accounts
? Accountable for the sales turnover, P&L and achievement of overall business objectives
? Provide sales analysis to support forecast and control expenses
? Prepare regular sales reports for senior management analysis
Requirements:
? University graduate preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
? Possess at least 10 years' business development and sales management experience preferably gained from industries of food, beverage or FMCG in China
? Extensive experience in developing, expanding and managing distributors/KA and wholesalers network for general trade market in China
? A successful track record in growing and driving a sales force to exceed sales targets in China would be highly desirable
? High level of business acumen, result-oriented and self-motivated
? Analytical, strong leadership and people management skill
? Good command of spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
? Be willing to station in PRC
