Job Description
1. Proactively identifying and capturing opportunities to sell our core services: office space, virtual office and meeting room solutions,
2. Qualifying, following, negotiating and closing warm leads provided to you by the business by creating maximum value for those prospects
Activities
The following activities will be expected from you to help you succeed in this role:
? research the market by suitable criteria to identify likely users and their decision makers to create qualified calling lists
? contact these qualified contacts via targeted cold emails or cold calls
? build and maintain effective relationships with commercial real estate brokers in your territory to maximize number of referrals
? build and maintain effective relationships with other businesses selling related services to a comparable target audience to obtain referrals
? become a well-known member of your local business community, by engaging in Chamber of Commerce, general business networking and other events that target the start-up and small business community, as well as your local expat community
? manage your pipeline and forecast accurately on an ongoing basis using our CRM system
? monitor your activity levels and conversion rates in line with KPIs and performance goals
? constantly learn and refine your sales skills to improve your conversion rates
? develop expert knowledge about flexible workspace & commercial real estate with regard to competitors, industry segments, market, target companies as well as brokers etc.
Key Competencies:
To achieve success in this role the candidate will be able to demonstrate the following competencies:
? University graduate
? Proven track record of lead generation in a corporate environment
? Proven track record of solution sales for a complex product or service
? Strong verbal and written communication skills – must be able to communicate effectively both internally and externally with clients and partners
? Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work with all levels of management
? Effective time and resource management – to achieve productivity targets
? Attention to detail and accuracy
? An outgoing personality that enjoys meeting new people every day
? Commercial curiosity: a genuine interest how businesses work and make money
? Discipline and tenacious – things do not always go to plan
? English and preferably an additional spoken language
