职位描述
岗位职责:
Leading a small team and reporting to the HR VP, this position will develop, review, enhance and implement C&B related policies, systems, processes and programs – working to standardize and align the multiple BU where needed. This person will also provide C&B advice on C&B solutions to management at HQ and BUs in China
? Formulate, review and implement C&B policies and processes for talent attraction and retention,
? Take the lead on key C&B projects in Carlsberg China from design, develop to implementation, including but not limited to job grading, position evaluation, pay structure, title standardization, talent mobility, employee benefit program, retention program, to enhance the standardization and harmonization across all BU in China
? Provide C&B and related support to BP HR and SSC team on offer proposal review, payroll management, tax and benefit management for management and HK expatriates
? Take the lead on annual budgeting, E1/E2/E3 review and annual salary review to support smooth execution in BU
? Conduct C&B audit in BU and HQ and to ensure HR programs and practices are in compliance with local legal requirements.
? To participate in local compensation & benefits survey and/or to initiate customized C&B survey as to benchmark & analyze market data for internal & external equity
? Provide C&B training to line manager and HR team to enhance transparency and understanding on C&B
? Support C&B colleagues in BU and HQ to enhance their C&B competencies
Stakeholders & Relations
Internal: Senior management including function head and BU GM/DGM, HR member in HQ and BU, finance colleagues
External: consulting company, Government, FESCO, FMCG HR club members, lawyer
岗位要求:
- Bachelor or master degree with minimum 10 years of C&B experience in Multinational environment. Exposure to large and complex environment an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of local labor law and experience in handling expatriates’ compensation and taxation
- Effective communications in both English and Mandarin are essential
- Advanced application of MS Excel
