Buhler development of food processing technology has more than 100 years of history. Today, from Europe to China and Asia, Buhler is establishing the new JV – Buhler (Guangzhou) Food Machinery Co., LTD in Sep. 2013, based on the acquisition of Guangzhou Yaoxian Food Machinery Company 80% of the shares. Main objective is to build up in China a food processing technology R&D center and food machinery manufacturing platform, with all kinds of instant fried, non-fried instant noodles, stick noodles, rice vermicelli, and multi-cereals such as corn, buckwheat as well as various potato vermicelli products etc. a wide range of food product and technology portfolio.

Responsibilities:

· Prepare the general plant layout and conceptual machine layout plan, technical specifications for machines and accessories for the project.

· Co-ordination with internal departments and external agencies and have regular internal & customer meetings for successful project execution.

· Monthly project status reporting , identifying cost deviations, their reasons and do successful Claim Management.

· Assist Sales manager to visit customer and customer meeting.

· Assist Sales manager to make the project drawing.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor degree or above, major in Grain processing / Food processing / Chemical engineering;

· Should have working experience of 5 years in a similar function; proving capabilities of a good Project Manager;

· High self initiative for learning and acquiring new skills / knowledge required for the job. Should be a quick learner;

· Experience in professional planning of process plant;

· Should be an independent worker and be target oriented;

· Should be an open communicator & team player, and should naturally lead, motivate and train the project team;

· Should be flexible in working times and be able to travel as per the project requirements;

· Should have professional experience in AutoCAD. Should know how to plan projects in AutoCAD;

· English skills in reading and writing would be preferred, especially useful executing international projects
