Role & Responsibilities:

· Implement, coordinate both strategic and tactical plans to enhance operational and service performance

· Execute the strategic plan of airfreight management in the area of operation and product development

· Manage a team of staff to assure the attainment of both service and operational key performance indicators

· Align with key business partners to identify ways to improve business process

· Performance review and management with carriers and contractors

· Develop policy and procedure to ensure operation in compliance with regulations

· Maintain good relationship with customer

· Maintain a positive work environment that supports high performing teams

· Manage, train and coach staff

· Negotiate solutions and resolve conflicts


Education and Experience requirements

· Degree holder or above

· Minimum of 8 years’ experience in services and logistics industry (less working experience will consider as AM)

· Proven track record of industry knowledge of airfreight

· Proficiency in MS Word, Power Point and Outlook, especially MS Excel and Chinese Word processing

· Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin
