Core Duties:

1.The Regional Sales Engineer will be accountable for achieving sales goals on the full range of CarlislieIT products, especially CarlisleIT Dongguan facility capabilities to Medical, Testing, Measurement and Industrial market customers in Guangdong province.
2.Responsible for developing new business to increase sales revenue by prospecting and adding new customers
3.Propose and implement sales plan (billing target, market share, special project etc.) by customer;
4.Conduct analysis to identify customer needs, promote products to customers based on their enquiries and requirements to earn sales orders;
5.Follow through goods delivery with customer service coordinator; and coordinate with Product Engineer and Quality Assurance in resolving products usage and quality issues in order to maintain customer satisfaction.
6.Follow up AR and clear past dues in order to reduce AR/ backlog.
7.Study market trends, develop new potential customers. Gather customers and competitors information.
8.Submit sales report to update new sales activity.

Skills / Qualifications / Experience

Degree/Diploma or equivalent level of formal qualification in mechanical engineering and/or electrical engineering discipline preferred;

5-6 years sales experience in wire/cable applications and cable assembly/harness products in related industry.


Excellent oral and written communication and leadership skills.

Winning attitude, self-motivated, optimistic personality, team spirit and Independent;

Extensive domestic travel required
