POSITION TITLE: (Sr.) Accountant – Costing
REPORT TO : Assistant Finance Manager - Costing
DEPARTMENT: Finance
LOCATION: HuangPu, GuangZhou

PURPOSE STATEMENT:

This position requires closely working with PSC & commercial team to ensure accurate product cost release & estimation.


MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY:

1. SAP Product Cost setting & release
2. New SKU cost estimation
3. Support quarterly Standard cost Release
4. Support CoS review
5. Variances analysis
6. Cost Analysis
7. Monthly costing closing
8. Monthly reporting deck
9. Support SOX, internal & external audit.
10.Other analysis assigned by manager


PROBLEM SOLVING & DECISION MAKING:

Guidance received: Manager/ PSC. Always follow CFP.
Complexity of analysis: Understanding MFG process, SAP system, cost structure and cost component.
Impact of decisions: Accurate product cost is important information for management making commercial decisions.
Special environments/conditions: n/a

External: I/Co Customers


EDUCATION AND /OR EXPERIENCE:

Education: Bachelor degree in accounting or finance.
Experience: 2years+ experience with costing or budget & Planning experience
Special Knowledge: Familiar with SAP, solid skills of Excel
Language: Good command of spoken and written English.
Competencies: Hard working, responsible, fast learning, proactive, good analytical skills
