SUMMARY:

This job is responsible for general office admin in office.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. In charge of general office admin incl. office equipment & maintenance, conference room and overall office environmental sanitation.

2. To be as the GS EOHS coordinator to be responsible for the GS safety management to fulfill the safety inspection activity according to EOHS manager’s instruction and keep daily tracking for those non-qualified findings to ensure the result.

3. Developing and reviewing the work processes in line with 5S standard.

4. Organize and conduct the monthly training (Safety, 5S) for all GS team.

5. Fulfill the operations for Central Filing Room in accordance with SOP and keep the room in good order.

6. Fulfill the operations for Changing Room in accordance with SOP and keep the room in good order.

7. Assist with HR to conduct the employee’s communication (bulletin board in GS area) and related activity (eg. Family day ).

8. Take responsibility of office supply purchasing and vendor management.

9. Complying with all company policies and procedures and adhering to company standards to fulfill the other assignment by GS manager.

10. Assist with the annual activity organization and arrangement.

11. Support to the audit.

12. As the back-up for front desk.

EDUCATION & / OR EXPERIENCE :

1. Bachelor’s degree or above

2. Good communication skills & negotiation skills

3. Be good at reading and writing English, simple English communication

4. Good Computer skills
