Job Description:
Handle Trade link declaration independently
独立办理报关各项事宜
Responsible for export drawback & application for export license
协助办理企业出口退税及申请各种出口单证
Liaise and coordinate related Customs to ensure import & export transaction operation is valid
负责与各口岸海关部门联系，确保所有进出口相关事务操作合法有效
Familiar with Garment H.S.code /commodity code & ensure all the classification is correct
熟悉服装的海关商品编码,并能正确归类
Monitor stock inventory, transportation expenses, cost, preparation of invoice & update declaration status.
控制库存和运输成本，整理发票及更新报关资料
Ensure the quantity for order is correct & payment of forwarder service on time
确保订单数量正确，并按时处理货运代理商的相关费用

Requirement:
Diploma holder or above
大专以上学历
At least 5 years experience in Garment customs field
五年以上相关工作经验，有服装类报关经验者优先
Expert in declaration procedure & China law / related customs regulation
熟悉报关流程,了解相关法律法规及相关政策
Holding qualified Customs Working License is a plus, but not required
有报关证者优先（但不是必要条件）
Good command of spoken & written English, Mandarin & Cantonese
具有一定英语能力 （但不是必要条件）
Proficiency in MS office software & email
熟练使用MS office等办公软件和邮箱
Responsible & willing to work under pressure
责任心强，抗压能力强
Immediately available is preferred
可随时到岗或一周内到岗
