Position: HR Officer
Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. Under direction of HR manager in all areas of human resources including: compensation, employee development, performance improvement, and hiring and termination practices.
2. Maintain and update the PeopleFirst system (HR information system).
3. Manage employees' Performance Management Program, Employee Development and Retention Program.
4. Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of personnel policies and procedures. Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvement in efficiency of department and services performed.
5. Assist annual merit review and promotion according to corporate salary policy.
6. Follow up HR compliance issues and audits from internal and external.
7. Integrate new employee to the company based on the onboarding process including key personal and employment information to HRIS and contacting training department for integration training arrangement.
8. Perform exit interviews and summarize data. Working with the HR Manager, identify root causes and make recommendations to reduce turnover.
9. Other related HR assignments.

JOB REQUIREMENT
?Bachelor degree in Human Resource or related major;
?5 years working experience in MNC ;
?Experience in handling recruitment independently;
?Team work player with good communication and inter personal skills;
?High energy level with strong customer service mind set & can-do attitude, work under pressure;
?Knowledge of Chinese labor law;
?Good Excel/PPT skills;
?Good English in both oral and written
