ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN RECRUITING PROFESSIONALS IN FINANCE & ACCOUNTING, SALES & MARKETING AND HUMAN RESOURCES FOR LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS IN CHINA.

Our client is an international company specialized in semiconductor testing and packing

Salary:

Location:
Dongguan, Guangdong, China

Reporting to:
Senior HR Manager

Recruitment process:
+ Telephone Interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews

Responsibilities:
+ Ensure full-scare implementation of employee relations projects/events/activities within the organization so as to build up a highly-motivate and engaged workforce
+ Implement ER strategies/policies to enhance staff engagement & morale
+ Initiate ER related process/policies/project
+ Implement all ER related projects/events/activities,
+ Manage employee disciplinary, work with line managers on disciplinary process, PIP follow up
+ Manage employee grievance, investigate complains and guide/facilitate discussions for solution
+ Integrate, develop and implement Communication programs, such as Town-Hall meeting /skip-level meetings with GM & others/Coordinates Q&As/ Notice boards and news updates
+ Manage the company rep to local authority / labor department during audit, compliance, investigation
+ Provide personnel services to Reward & Recognition, e.g Coordinate recognition program, events, publications of winners/ Long service award

Requirements:
+ Degree holder in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, English or related discipline. MBA a plus;
+ Minimum 5-8 years relevant experience preferably gained from sizable MNC in manufacturing field, experience in semiconductor or electronic industry a plus;
+ Team player with strong capability in problem solving
+ Excellent communication and presentation skill
+ Pressure taking and good knowledge in ER related legal regulations
+ Fluent spoken and written English;
+ Mature, creative, independent and strong sense of responsibility.
