Main Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for study technicalimprovements of the machines, study new solutions to solve existing

problems, improve efficiency, study automation, ergonomic and safety improvements.

2. Handle installation of new machine, from design to start-up, directly or with help of external contractors.

To be responsible of the full project management, coordinating supporting sourcing department.

3. Validate the preventive maintenance plan for production equipment, study the maintenance problems and

propose solutions; after approval, be responsible for the full and timely implementation. Maintain

and update relevant documents.

4. Technical support to internal departments; Provide support and training for operators if necessary.

5. Be responsible for maintenance; Provide training to maintainers.

Request

1. Experience in automation background; must have experience and thorough knowledge of PLC programming.

2. Experience in facility maintenance.

3. Able to motivate maintenance team, teach workers, result oriented with attention to the deadlines.

4. Has ability to design automation process and nonstandard machines.

5. Has robot weld or laser cut machine experience in advance.

6. English in writing and speaking in advance.

7. University degree in electrical engineering.
