Key Responsibilities:
? Resolve day-to-day problems and questions from OEM/ODM design partners.
? Act as liaison with US development teams in communicating design intent and standards of case products.
? Mechanical Engineering review of case components verifying dimensioning, tolerances and fit/function.
? Resolve problems associated with the molding process as it relates to flow lines, knit lines, sink marks and draft angles.
? Enforce and manage selective quality testing on the component as required with factory or local laboratory to ensure its reliability and fitness for function.
? Troubleshoot and recommend practical solutions to ease component development when problems arise.
? Proactively track progress and monitor the sample or component status.
? Identify product/manufacturing risks and assess options for improvement.

Essential Knowledge and Skills:
? Strong ability to read, write and speak the English language. Previous work with US company desirable.
? Solid background in plastics design, material finish, and tooling manufacturing processes, with an understanding of techniques and principles for the design of case products. Specifically in the areas of two-shot, co-molding, compression molding and in-mold labeling/decorating will also be essential.
? Strong ability to create power point or similar documentation to effectively communicate product development issues between US base design teams and factory design teams.
? Ability to use 3D modeling software, particularly in SolidWorks but will also consider Pro-E experience.
? Competency in reading drawings, and in the use of measurement tools and techniques. Coordinate measuring machine (CMM) experiences desirable. Experienced in the ability to read and write First Article Inspection (FAI) reports and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) is also desirable.
? Familiarity with tooling construction methods and associated tool room machines.
? Product evaluation skills and test methods to ensure quality, reliability and maximum material performance.
General Needs:
? 4 year Engineering degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing (or equivalent) or 2 year Technical degree with extensive previous work experience.
? Minimum 6 years related experience with plastics and plastic tooling. Previous case design/development for mobile devices highly desirable.
? Ability to work independently.
? Self-motivated, hands-on individual with energy and enthusiasm to succeed.

主要技能要求：
有曾在外资（特别是美资）公司工作经验。具有很强的英文阅读，写作，口语沟通能力。

具有扎实塑料产品设计，物料完成，模具制造工艺技术知识。对产品设计的技术和制作原理有相关的理解。特别对两次成型，共同成型，压缩成型等技术领域熟悉。对模内贴标／模内装饰技术熟悉也是主要要求。

熟悉操作办公软件。需要经常制作PPT或者相关的演示文件，保证和美国总部设计团队及本公工厂就产品开发问题进行有效沟通。

熟悉使用3D软件，如ProE, SolidWorks；特别是SolidWorks软件操作。

看懂产品图纸，能使用测量工具及相关测量技术。 具有坐标测量计使用经验；编写首件检验报告和失效模式及影响分析报告经验者优先考虑。

熟悉治具施工方法和相关治具房的机器设备。

改善产品评价技术和试验方法，保证产品质量，可靠性和发挥材料最大性能。

学历要求： 本科学历。机械／制造（或同等学历）专业或者工作技能熟练者，可以考虑2年相关技术学习学历。
有至少6年塑胶，塑胶治具相关工作经验。移动设备设计和开发经验者优先录取。
能够独立完成工作任务。
