Responsibilities:

1. Continuously maintain and improve the QMS&EMS：
1) Prepare and submit annual internal audit plan of QMS&EMS for approval, lead audit team to execute the audit plan, summarize the audit findings and raise the CAR for NC
2) Review the quality system status regularly
A: Arrange and conduct system audit and process audit if required and then follow up the improvement result
B:Raise system improvement suggestions refer to customer requirement or outside audit result
3) Contact external certification body to confirm the audit plan, and coordinate the audit, issue CAR if required
4) Follow up all CARs and the action items to make sure all action will be taken and effective.
5) Coordinate all related issues related EMS, such as,
2 Organize to evaluate and update environment aspect list；
2 Update environmental law and legislation regularly；
2 Coordinate and arrange the environmental measurement issue
2 As a contact window to handle all environmental issues from local environmental
bureau or other outside organizations
6) Review system document regularly, coordinate and arrange the preparation of new documents and the amendment of QMS manual, procedure, WI and other documents if required.
2. Coordinate and handle customer complaint and customer audit issue
1) Work with CS supervisor to dispose customer complaint
A:Call meeting to discuss the customer quality issue, work with engineering and related department to investigate the failure, raise CAR (corrective action report) to related department
B: Review if the action items of CAR is reasonable or feasible, reject CAR if necessary
C: Follow up the implementation result and evaluate the effectiveness of CAR; Re-issue the CAR if necessary.
2) Coordinate and arrange customer audit:
A: Prepare for customer audit, do pre-audit if necessary and follow up the improvement of findings
B: Arrange and attend customer or other outside quality audit, prepare the finding summary and coordinate the responsible department to take improvement plan and follow up the result.
3.Handle calibration issues exclude safety equipment, include
1) Manage and maintain numbering system of equipment, keep equipment calibration list, arrange new testing equipment before use.
2) Check and update equipment calibration list each month, arrange and send due equipment to external laboratory for calibration per schedule.
3) Monitor equipment calibration status while equipment transfers, repair, scrap and stop to use. Arrange at least 3 times calibration audit each year.
4) Print and file the calibration report.
5) Make and issue solder pot test result repot after send to MPS(MK)and related Dept. Send sample to test with the external laboratory .
4. Coordinate the UL inspector to inspect the UL product, send the inspection report to MPS (MK). Feedback any UL issues to MK and follow up the progress.
5. Under take other duties assigned by quality manager or company.

Education / Experience:

1.Education Background:University degree in Science or Engineering specialty.
2.Work Experience:5 years or above experience in quality department, include at least two year experience in quality management system, deep knowledge of quality, environmental management system, and experience with new system development will be preferred.
3.Language Competence:Be fluent in mandarin, be able to read, write, listen and speak English.
4.Skill Demand：
1)Be familiar with ISO9001 and ISO14001 management system.
2)Be familiar with general quality tools, such as seven QC tools, SPC, 6 Sigma, etc.
3)Holder of internal auditor certificate,
4)Holder of calibration certificate
5)Deep knowledge of UL
6)Good communication skill.
7)PC skill, such as Windows, office, etc.
