Responsibilities:

l. Work closely with hiring managers in order to deeply understand teams' organization structure, responsibilities, strengths/weaknesses and key business drivers. Utilize this information to develop sourcing plans.

2. Proactive sourcing: Initiate and maintain a network of contacts to help identify qualified candidates for hiring needs. Help drive all sourcing channels actively, including labor agents, employee referrals, recruiting firms, campus hiring, etc.

3. Use the recruiting process to drive the most effective and targeted recruiting strategies to impact business success, including guidance on job descriptions, levels, interview loops and candidate sourcing strategy.

4. Active participate in the full cycle of recruitment efforts, including emphasis on the ability of assessment skills to help evaluating candidates and ensuring the highest bar.

5. Lead final assessment and selection process.

6. Lead the offer proposal and negotiation process.

7. Implement the recruitment tools/systems for China locations on the basis of the guidance from corporate HR.

8. Assist HR Director in implementing the important staffing projects as needed.

9. Provide training and guidance to recruitment teams of each China locations.

Job Requirement:

l. Bachelor degree in business administration or relevant discipline.

2. 5+ year experience in recruitment in sized companies.

3. Familiar with recruitment channels and labor agents in China.

4. Desire to work in a dynamic, aggressively growing environment.

5. Good command of PC application skill.

6. Good command of both written and oral English.
