Responsibilities:
1.Coordinate with PMC and organize production workload and staffing depending on product priority
2.Minimize changeover time by well-organized and well-planned production activities.
3.Minimize excessive material on floor. Ensure proper storage and availability of operation supplies
and equipment.
4.Verify that only accurate, current and authorized documents on the line.
5.Take immediate action on employee problems, concerns, and recommendations.
6.Strive for continuous improvement in all areas of responsibility.
7.Maximize employee output, dedication, and job satisfaction.
8.Develop, motivate, and challenge all line members to perform to their full potential through direct and
timely formal and informal feedback.
9. Ensure line personnel are thoroughly trained, certified and are performing their assigned function.
10.Track production and ensure all deadlines and schedules are met.
11. Ensure production reports are accurate. Monitor magnetics movement to ensure that the ship schedules
are achieved.
Education / Experience:
college or university graduate.
