职位描述
-Determine and communicate to Accounts Managers about the feasibility of an audit job according with current resources.
-Estimate man-days to assign for an audit job. Provide this information to Scheduler for quotation purposes.
-Development of Audit Checklist
-Prepare works for any Audit jobs and make sure that the Auditor understands and has all work documents needed to perform the Audit.
-Provide the Audit notification letter to the factory with the agenda of the audit.
-Keep frequency communication with Auditor on side to make sure of the implementation of audit at factory side.
-Review Audit reports for accuracy and completeness, assure that all input data to be viewed by the client is complete, not ambiguous, and meets the clients needs to make prompt decisions.
-Monitor quality performance of Auditors by recording errors found in audit report, and report to Management Rep. in monthly basis.
-Providing planned training to Auditors.
-Investigating Root cause of quality issue, and implement defined CAP.
-Possessing demonstrated knowledge in some of the following areas such as plastic injection molding, electrical and pneumatic hand tools, Bicycles and exercise equipment, electrical and electronic products and various consumer products.
-Ability to read blueprints and technical documents related to industries listed above.
-At least 3 years working in factory as Internal Auditor, QC/QA Manager or Lead Auditor, or in a 3rd party audit certification / consulting.
-Knowledge and practical experience of international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO /TS 16949, SA 8000, ISO 14001 and/or OSHAS18001
-Has experience of leading the establishment of documented QMS.
-Been IRCA Leader Auditor certified to ISO 9001 at least.
-Strong skill in Quality Management System.
-Knowledge and practical experience in SPC, APQP, PFMEA and CP will be a MOST.
