Responsibilities:

• Quality assurance in Product Development

-- Quality assurance

-- Preventive quality planning

-- Quality- testing & Quality-plan

• Quality assurance and control in series production.
• Quality assurance in Customer Service
• Supplier management for in Product Development, Series Production and Customer Management.
• Quality objectives set up and achievement
• Investment plan and budget set up
• Integrate new products with QM
• Daily management works

Requirements:

• Holder of Master Degree or above in Mechanical Engg. or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years working experience vacuum / electric steam iron QA/ engineering fields. Minimum 5 years in manager level.
• Familiar with “Poka Yoke” design, Q- planning & QA problem solving techniques.
• Familiar with plastic & metal processing technology.
• Familiar with testing standards & quality requirements on vacuum cleaner & steam iron.
• Training certificate on injection molding, mold & die design, quality system preferable.
• University English Test certificate- Grade 4 or above.
• Fluent speaking & good writing English.
• Added value on using German Language.
• Good knowledge in using office software.
• Hardworking & willing to accept new challenges.
• Strong leadership & good management skill.
• Team work spirit & good communication skill.
