工作职责:

• 按生产编排要求，转换生产模具；
• 参照作业流程及注塑参数记录校正参数，并研究改进注塑工艺；
• 指导操作工作业，减少次品，降低成本；
• 作业指导书的维护、更新；
• 模具仓库的管理；
• 分析月机时利用率，结合相关数据，发现问题并纠正，以提高机时利用率；
• 按6S标准维持所负责区域整洁

任职要求:

• 高中/中专学历， 3年以上注塑机调机、上下模经验；
• 熟悉机械安全操作，熟悉注塑机维修技术；
• 工作积极主动，良好的沟通能力，有一定责任心，能吃苦耐劳
