Responsibilities

--Product development
1. handle and follow up product development project activities
2. Prepare 2D & 3D design drawings on compenents and products
3. Coodinate and follow-up prototypes making, testing and evaluation
4. Coordinate and follow up with mold making, mold trial-out, samples evaluation and approval

-- Product specification verification and safety approval
1. Prepare engg. /pilot run samples & coordinate with QC for ensurance testing
2. Prepare engg. samples and documents for product safety approval
3. Draft technical documents,BOM,testing specifications

--Product release
1. Follow up with internal departments to release pre-samples and samples
2. Perform production pilot run and product design fine tune to get product release from customer.

Requirements:

1. Holder of college or bachelor degree in Mechanical or Engineering. or equivalent.
2. Min.2 years working experience in product development of electrical products, preferable in vacuum cleaner business
3. Familiar with plastic part design and molding technology.
4. Good understanding of English, fluent speaking will be preferrable.
5. Good knowledge of using 2D & 3D CAD drawings, preferable CATIA V5, familiar with MS-office.
6. Team work spirit and good communication skills.
7. Willing to travel.
