Role: This position is responsible for overseeing Customs and Import/Export issues in China. Develops and implements Import/Export procedures. Interprets contract terms/conditions for export/import implications and provides direction in all phases of international logistics. Advises functional groups of customs and export regulations.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
Over 8 years working experience.
Strong knowledge of China customs Import and Export documentation
Self -motivated, strong team-work spirit and strong sense of responsibility.
Thorough understanding of complex Global Trade laws and regulations
Fully understanding of Import/Export operation related with trading company in China and especially in related Free Trade Zone.
Ability to interpret, break down and communicate complex trade statues, rulings, and regulations.
Ability to determine and communicate legal and monetary ramifications of business decisions and actions.

Responsibilities: 
Manage all the Import/Export business to comply with Customs
Familiar with Import/Export Custom regulations, bonded zone operation, supporting related documentation in daily operations.
Provide advice, counsel, and training to all functional groups regarding compliance with international trade regulations and laws.
Maintain knowledge and awareness over applicable import/export compliance requirements and regulations and communicate requirements.
Assure controls and audits are in place to minimize risks associated with global customs and regulatory agencies.
Understand & apply the related Import/Export regulations and identify/solve customs issues to support effective daily business operation.
