Responsibilities:

- To participate in the overall strategic planning and performance under Customer Service Department

- Oversee the daily Customer Service & Logistics Operations, externally including suppliers performances monitoring, forwarder/express performances monitoring, ultimate customer needs, internally monitoring Customer Service performances and support sales/other departments needs if any.

- Maximize opportunities in logistics efficiencies, cost control, reliable and responsive in supply chain

- Lead, drive and guide development of organizational capabilities and management of business relationships within the organization

- To handle a large group of Customer Service Team (over 30 staff)

Requirement :

- Degree Holder in Logistics Management /Supply Chain Management or related disciplines

- At least 5 years logistics experience with PRC exposure

- Experience in Trading and 3PLs company is a MUST

- Strong communication, well organized, problem solving skill and always take an initial roles within organization

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Access with computer literature. Knowledge in Navision preferred.

- Good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin, Chinese

- Station in DongGuan, ChangAn office during the week.
