KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Solid understanding of China domestic sales and export business including Customs, accounting and tax requirements.
- Be responsible for setting up the accounting system of our China new incorporated company.

- Work closely and support senior management on business and strategic decision-making.

- Evaluate the P & L performance of the business.

- Provide effective operational analysis and strategic recommendation to support the business growth & expansion.
- Serve as the primary interface with external auditors. This person needs to ensure that all local/statutory tax and accounting requirements are met.
- Establish our China new incorporated company’s accounting policies and procedures.
- Keep aware and know all changes in the local regulatory environment related to the business including any finance, accounting, and tax requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Degree holder major in accountancy.

- Minimum 8 years relevant working experience with at least 3 years in financial accounting experience gained in foreign company.

- At least 3 years experience at managing financial of a Chinese company.

- Excellent understanding of the China accounting principles, Customs and tax laws is a must.

- Experience negotiating with Chinese government bureaus, auditors, and banks.

- Strong communication, well organized and problem solving skills

- Excellent communicator in Chinese and English.

- Excellent computer skill etc. MS Office 2000 or later, particularly Power Point, Excel and Word, and ideally Access or similar database to basic level, Internet and emails.

- Team player and has the ability to train and develop the finance team to the next level.

- Station in DongGuan, ChangAn office during the week.

Resume in Chinese & English is a must.
