Responsibilities
- Monitor the daily operation of accounting procedure (eg. journal entries booking, closing, reporting, etc.) to ensure company compliance with relevant regulations, accounting principles and Bosch Corporate policies
- Control expenses and expenditures by verifying payment and reimbursement request, vouchers, journal as per company policies
- Prepare month-end / year-end closing checklist and supervise closing activities
- Maintain and manage the cash flow forecast and financing
- Ensure procedures for the timely issuance of financial statement & other reports as required by the management & headquarter
- Lead and coordinate plant core products cost reduction project
- Provide financial assistance & guidance to relevant department and top management in the development of plant major KPI


Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- 6 years above related working experience in famous foreign company, include 3 years costing experience in manufacture industry
- Solid knowledge of IFRS, PRC GAAP
- Strong understanding of financial statements, rich experience in cost controlling
- Good at data analysis, proficiency in MS office and ERP
- Good communication, leadership skill and team spirit
- Fluent in spoken and written English
