职位描述
Key responsibilities
1. Pick up all incoming calls and transfer to the right person, log the calls and take message when necessary;
2. Provide a reception service, meet and greet visitors;
3. Staff itinerary arranging, hotel booking, air ticket and car arranging and booking;
4. Purchase and stock keeping of stationary, beverage etc;
5. Stock keeping of keys, staff entry cards, business cards, uniforms and magazines/newspapers.
6. Office facilities maintain and repair supporting;
7. Other administrative work related to the whole office's daily operation;
8. Any ad hoc projects requested by the Office Manager or senior management.
Skills and experience
1. Colleague degree. CET 4 or above. Good oral and written English needed.
2. 2 years similar experience and proven ability in administrative and organisational tasks. Excellent fresh graduate could be consider also。
3. Computer literate and proficient in the use of MS Office applications.

1. Keen sense of customer service.
2. Ability to work without close supervision and to work within clearly-defined procedures.
3. Well organised, methodical and thorough.
4. Co-operative and team-orientated, able to foster good working relationships.

前台接待/行政支持
主要职责:
1. 接听来电,转接给相关人员,有需要时进行来电登记和记录留言信息;
2. 接待来访人员,招待来访客人;
3. 员工的行程安排、酒店预订、机票及车辆安排;
4. 对文具、饮料等进行采购及库存控制;
5. 管理公司 钥匙、员工入门卡、名片、制服、报纸和杂志等;
6. 办公室设施的维护,对所需维修项目进行协助;
7. 其它与办公室日常运营相关的行政事务;
8. 其它由办公室经理或上级管理层提出的临时事项。
经验及技能要求
1. 大专毕业,大学英语四级或以上,英文口语及书写能力较佳;
2.有2年以上相关工作经验优先考虑,组织能力较佳; 优秀应届毕业生也可考虑,
3. 撑握电脑使用技巧,熟悉微较的Office系统。

1. 要求有客户服务的意识;
2. 工作主动,按公司既定的程序执行;
3. 工作有条理、组织性好、逻辑思维强;
4. 工作合作性强、要求有团队观念,与人相处融洽;
