Position Summary:

The TMaG China testing engineers will lead the development, improvement and execution of all critical testing activities within TMaG’s China golf club manufacturing facilities. They will collaborate directly with our China vendor teams and with the TaylorMade USA engineering teams to create operational testing procedures which ensure products of the highest quality.

Essential Functions:

? Drive supplier teams to fully implement TMaG approved testing and reporting procedures.
? Verify/validate/audit testing procedures to ensure TMaG testing requirements are met
? Collaborate with TaylorMade USA responsible engineers to establish new testing procedures.
? Ensure vendor’s testing equipment is calibrated and correlates with internal benchmarks.
? Ensure all vendor data is reliable, available and accessible by TMaG Global Teams
? Regularly review, analyze and summarize testing data using Minitab or basic QC tools, highlight concerns and report to Manufacturing Engineering teams for further problem solving.
? Conduct necessary training for vendor testing personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the execution of all TMaG required testing processes from product prototype development through serial production. The test engineer must also oversee the timely collection and reporting of test data to all global stakeholders.

Education, Training, Professional Certification and Work Experience:

? University or college diploma in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
? 2+ years’ experience working in a manufacturing/quality engineering environment.
? Familiar with MSA and SQC etc.


Knowledge and Skills Requirements

? Very strong English communication skills---written and oral
? Strong interpersonal ability in a factory environment
? Strong computing and reporting skills
? Responsible, independent, active and result-oriented
? Hands-on
