3. 与现有供应商保持良好关系；
4. 收集购买后的意见反馈；
5 使用供应商表格和保持记录（必须定期与供应商会面）
6. 建立起供应商名单和保持记录
7. 保证供应商的质量（定期检查供应商的办公室和工厂）
8. 保证购买产品的质量（必须实行定期检测）
9. 接收和监控所有购买的产品
10 协助采购经理向供应商或使用者进行索取赔偿（瑕疵产品、延迟送货、缺货、货品丢失等）

任职要求：
1.本科或以上
2.英语较好
3.有相关经验者优先
