职位描述
Purpose of Job:
Responsible for staff reimbursement, cash and bank, accounting entries, accounting vouchers monthly binding by complying with PRC GAAP , tax regulation and company's policies.
Assist accounting manager for month end closing and internal reporting.
Job Scope & Major Responsibilities:
1. Cash and bank management
2. Checking all payment request and staff reimbursement. Make sure all records and financial procedures compliance with Financial Policies.
3. Prepare weekly cash flow forecast report.
4. Accounting entries booking
5. Company license annual review
6. Internal reporting to managers
7. Other job assigned by managers
Requirements:
1 Education
- College graduate and got the Accounting Professional Certificate, majored in Accounting.
2 Experience (Minimum Relevant Experience/Minimum Supervisory Experience)
- Minimum of 2 years accounting experience in foreign invested company.
3. Professional Qualifications, Knowledge and skills
- Good experience in using financial system. Proficient PC skills and excellent Excel skill.
4. Written / Oral Language skills:
- Fluent in written English

- Good communication skill, easy-going and patient
6.Others (eg. Travel Required: %)
- A person has high sense of responsibility, diligent, co-operative and confidential awareness.
