工作职责：

·负责大货物料及五金的质检，确保质量符合供应商要求

·执行工厂所有生产前期，生产过程的质量保证检查

·执行、遵守和审查质检方法，抽样检查的产品完全符合公司，客户标准。

·能够使用AQL验货系统使产品符合所有工厂标准

·负责和跟单员、生产队伍、工厂沟通及参与，做出明智决定，使产品符合既定的质量标准

·负责相关报告，便于沟通、控制检查进程、总结供应商表现

·保持产品质量，服从标准及全力支持公司政策和目标

·根据公司标准准备次品报告以作检讨

Responsibilities:

·Perform quality review of bulk materials and hardware to ensure QA standards are met by suppliers

·Execute all pre-production, in-line quality assurance inspections at factories as required.

·Implement, follow and oversee the method of quality inspection and sampling of products as outlined by the company, customers for full compliance of standards.

·Ability to execute the planned and systematic elements of an AQL quality system so that product standards are met by all factories.

·Undertake responsibility for communicating and participating to make informed decisions to meet established quality standards with product developers, production teams, as well as factories.

·Responsible for relevant reporting to communicate, control inspection process, and summarize vendor performance.

·Maintain product quality and compliance standards and fully support corporate policies and objectives

·Prepare defective reports for review according to company standards.

·至少3年鞋子、手袋、配饰产品质量保证经验

·熟悉美国时装市场优先

·注重细节、自我管理及值得信任

·能使用MS办公室软件

·能用英语沟通（书面和口语）优先

·诚实、可靠、追求卓越品质的热忱

Requirements:

·5-7 years of product quality related and/or factory quality management qualifications

·Minimum 3 years of production quality assurance experience in Footwear, Handbags, Accessories

·Familiarity with US Fashion market a plus

·Attention to detail, self-managed and trust worthy

·Working knowledge of MS Office suites

·Communicative in English (both written and spoken) a plus

·Honest, Trustworthy and Passionate in the pursuit of quality excellence
