Technical Service Engineer for Denim Garment washing processes

Purpose for the Job 职务目标
? Be responsible for customer service, sales support & the application part of denim garment finishing product range.
? Be responsible for establishing denim garment fashion application know-how on highest level.
? Prepare technical presentations related with denim garment product range and present them to sales team internally and to the customers.
? Investigate the market and customer requirements and coordinate the Denim Application Lab activities accordingly.
? Follow up the new fashion trends within Denim Garment market and work in cooperation with Technical Consultant of Denim application lab to prepare the garment samples accordingly.
? Work in cooperation with our dealer’s team and Pulcra Guangzhou office team.

Principal Accountabilities 主要职责
? To support marketing in customer service for Denim Garment finishing activities.
? To prepare lab-reports for customers, interpret the findings and distributes them to marketing and sales.
? To arrange and follow up the bulk trials in customers . Keep contacts with the customers on high level. Traveling is needed.
? Building up and keeping denim garment fashion processes technology on high level by training of co-workers and constant up-dates of test methods.
? To follow up and investigate competitors, report about findings to marketing and suggest measures.
? Keeping care about regular technical contacts with Denim Garment team and our dealer’s team.
? To fulfill the requirements of customers and sales team for preparing new fashion articles and prepare sample articles by using Pulcra Denim garment finish products and presenting them to marketing or customer.

PS:此职位工作地点广东东莞，要求2年左右牛仔成衣水洗相关技术经验，染整专业或化学专业优先，在实验室或水洗厂从事生产者优先。
